What began with the rental of initially three rooms has grown to more than 100 rooms and (student) apartments due to the high demand. We have built the houses from the start-up period so that each house has a mixed use of apartments, student rooms and hostel rooms. The objects are located near Steintor in the medical department. My company has changed the objects in halleschen Medizinerviertel since 2007 - often in its own capacity. In the past, extensive modernization measures have taken place in recent years. The Steintor campus and the redesign of the Steintor opened in 2016 has now made our medical center a very popular location near the center. In the surrounding area is a very good infrastructure available - public transport is in two minutes, the central market place is reachable in about 10 minutes. Nearby are the Steintor Campus, Stadtpark, Central Station and Steintor-Varieté.
